He had been instrumental in bridging the gaps between the need of fire safety viz-a-viz the norms in fire safety in India. He has also being active in spreading awareness in fire safety across India. Mr. Sajid Khan Assistant Fire Officer of Municipal Corporation Fire Brigade of Bhopal has contributed to the fire Service and also shows Heroics in Dousing Fires in extreme conditions. He is also one of the most recognized Fire Officer of the Indian Fire Service. He is a Science Post Graduate from Bhopal. Apart of these he has also done numerous number of Departmental courses to name a few, a Sanitary Inspector's Diploma From All India Institute Of Local Self Govt. Mumbai. He has done a training course of trainer's urban risk Mitigation from National Institute of Disaster Management (New Delhi) Under Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India in 2007. He is an Inspiration to many upcoming Firemen who has been an active and energetic Fire Officer in the Indian Fire Services. Firefighting is his passion he decided to dedicate his life to the Fire Fighting since 1984 Bhopal Gas tragedy where he had taken active part in the Rescue operations. He has participated in many rescue operations.
